Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product and its original packaging to begin the authorization process.

  Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item meets our return eligibility criteria for electronics and micromobility products.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your KuKirin device in its original box with all accessories and manuals, then ship it to our designated service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  After receiving and inspecting the unit for any damages or usage wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
